Named after the vegetable garden that was sacrificed to make way for Elsewhere's first vine plantings, this Pinot Noir is made from 100% whole bunch grapes, wild fermented in a single open top fermenter. The grapes are gently hand plunged and foot stomped, with an extended post ferment maceration to build long elegant tannins, and basket pressed to a single French oak hogsheads for maturation.
